ESP / LTD Guitars & Basses
ESP, short for Electronic Sound Products, began as a shop in Japan by Hisatake Shibuya in 1975. At first they just sold replacement parts for guitar but in 1976 they started making guitars. These products were only available in Japan until the 1980s when the replacement parts found their way to the USA. In 84/85 ESP began making custom guitars for certain artists such as Bruce Kulick of KISS and Ron Wood of the Rolling Stones. In 1986 George Lynch discovered the shop in Japan while searching for a replacement guitar part. The end result of this encounter was his first Kamikaze model. The Kamikaze was ESPs first signature model.

ESP SIGNATURE SERIES
The ESP Guitar Company has always enjoyed a host of world renowned players that choose ESP as their main brand of instrument. These are the kind of players who demand great playability and tone, night after night. They demand an instrument that can withstand the rigors of touring and still perform with precision. ESP players like George Lynch and Kirk Hammett know that their ESP guitars will always deliver on their demands, this is why we are now celebrating the 25 year collaboration between Kirk and ESP. The current ESP Signature Series now includes over 40 artists with over 100 models between them.
The LTD Guitar line was created towards the end of the nineties to allow all ESP fans to own their dream guitar at an affordable price. Originally designed as gigging, pro instruments straight of the shelf, their popularity grew massively and encouraged the model range to expand upwards and downwards to incorporate the critically acclaimed 1000 (Deluxe) Series and 50 Series. Today, we have the 10 / 50 / 100 / 200 / 300 / 400 / 1000 and a whole slew of Signature models of some of the worlds greatest players.Visit the ESP GUITARS website for all available models
